Elliott is a Canadian set and costume designer for theatre and opera based in London.
He is a graduate of Edinburgh's Scenehouse Programme (2015) and also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design from the University of British Columbia, where he was twice the winner of the Theatre Department's Peter Loeffler Memorial Prize (2012 and 2013).
Theatre design credits include Midnight: A New Musical (The Union Theatre) [Nominated for an Off-West End Award for Best Set Design & revived in Seoul, South Korea in 2018 & 2020], One Last Thing For Now (The Old Red Lion), and The Seagull (UBC Theatre).
Opera credits include Giulio Cesare (Bury Court Opera) and Le Nozze di Figaro (Xi'an Concert Hall).
As an associate designer and maker, Elliott has worked regularly with Chichester Festival Theatre, Blackheath Halls Opera, and Creation Theatre (in-person and digital performances). He has also acted as a design associate (model maker & draughtsperson) and costume supervisor to a variety of leading designers, both in the UK and in Canada.
Elliott has been a regular visiting designer for Guildford School of Acting and St Paul's School. He has led design workshops for Chichester Festival Theatre, and mentored students at The BRIT School and Mountview.
