Elliott is a Canadian set & costume designer working across theatre, opera, and education, based in London.
He is a graduate of Edinburgh's Scenehouse Programme and he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design from the University of British Columbia.

Theatre design credits include Midnight: A New Musical (The Union Theatre) [Nominated for an Off-West End Award for Best Set Design & remounted in Seoul, South Korea], Cartas Vivas (Cervantes Theatre & Teatro de La Abadía, Madrid), and The Seagull (UBC Theatre).
Opera credits include Rigoletto (IF Opera), Shorts, The Boatswain's Mate & La canterina (Buxton International Festival), Rip Van Winkle (Gothic Opera), and Giulio Cesare (Bury Court Opera).

Education is a cornerstone of Elliott's work. He collaborated with Charles Court Opera and The Opera Story to design a sustainable opera for young audiences: Dewi in the Deep (Royal Ballet & Opera). He designed three children's operas, devised and performed by three local primary schools at the Norfolk Into Opera Festival. He has particular experience working with community groups, having designed the set & costumes for Candide and the sets for Semele and Cavalleria rusticana at Blackheath Halls Opera.

Elliott has led design workshops for The BRIT School, Chichester Festival Theatre, and Half Moon Theatre, and he is a mentor with the Renaissance Foundation. He has designed productions at Guildford School of Acting, LAMDA, East 15 Acting School, Italia Conti, and Mountview.
